 AIR - Atmosphere, Impact & Risk

The group AIR - Atmosphere, Impact & Risk is a research team of LMFA Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics Laboratory at Ecole Centrale de Lyon.

We have been working over 30 years on the dispersion of pollutants in the atmospheric boundary layer, with applications in the fields of air pollution, risk industrial or indoor ventilation.

Our expertise is based on wind tunnel modeling on reduced scale models, on the 3D CFD simulation and on the development of our own dispersion softwares (SIRANE, SIRANERISK, SLAM).
