Anisotropic dynamics of conducting fluids with and without rotation

Turbulence, waves and instabilities in conducting fluids are investigated using high resolution numerical simulations and theoretical analysis. A particular emphasis is put on the anisotropic character of the flows induced by the presence of a magnetic field.
